§ 1 Scope

The following terms of use apply to the use of the medizzconnect™ platform (hereinafter referred to as the ‘platform’), operated by Wellington Fields GmbH, Hanauer Landstraße 52, 60314 Frankfurt am Main.

§ 2 Service Describtion

The platform offers doctors and medical professionals the opportunity to introduce themselves through profile films and assist patients in their search for a doctor.

§ 3 Registration and user account

Registration is required to use certain functions of the platform. Truthful and complete information must be provided during registration.

§ 4 User obligations

The user undertakes to use the platform only within the scope of applicable laws and these terms of use. In particular, it is prohibited to post illegal, misleading or offensive content.

§ 5 Subscription and payment

§ 5 Subscription and payment Use of the platform is free of charge for patients. Doctors can choose between different tariffs (BASIC, STANDARD, PREMIUM). The prices and services included in the tariffs are set out in the current price list.

§ 6 Limitation of liability

The platform is intended solely for the purpose of providing information. No medical advice is provided via the platform. Wellington Fields GmbH is not liable for the accuracy of the information provided by doctors.

§ 7 Data protection

The collection and use of personal data is carried out in accordance with our privacy policy and applicable data protection laws.

§ 8 Final provisions

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. The place of jurisdiction is Frankfurt am Main. Should individual provisions of these Terms of Use be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
